It covers the nature of workplace violence and the various types of incidents employees might encounter. Users will learn why this training is so important, global facts about workplace violence, internal vs external incidents, the 4-second rule, active shooter response, recovery, and finally, suggestions for creating a comfortable and safe work environment.
This module includes two interactive knowledge checks that require user participation in order to move forward and a 10-question post-assessment quiz.
